Buy conditions
When an order is placed, a purchase agreement is made first after Wigmaster has confirmed the order, by e-mail. The confirmation is automatically generated by Wigmaster´s database without manual supervision. We reserve the right to correct possible errors on the website like prices, delivery time, etc. after the confirmation.

In our prices, VAT is included with 25%. After confirmed order, the prices can only be changed by circumstances that Wigmaster can?t help, e.g. important changes in currency or changed VAT.

Payment conditions
Payment from a foreign country
A purchase from a foreign country can only be payed in advance. When the order has been placed a orderconfirmation will be sent. The orderconfimation will contain the total sum of the purchase(s) (price & postage), bank information, account number, swift address and a IBAN account number.

Payment in Sweden
You can choose between three ways of payment, Payment in advance, payment with Visa and Eurocard or Cash on delivery (COD).
1. If You choose to pay in advance to PG 1365562-6 or BG 5062-3503 (Lundin Consulting AB) only postage will be added.

2. Pay with card: We accept Visa and Mastercard.


3. You can also choose to get the product sent home on cash on delivery (cash on delivery fee 50 Sek + postage). The consignment will be sent with the post and can be collected at the Post Office.

Delivery conditions
Our deliveries takes place after payment, i.e. with payment in advance, payment with card or cash on delivery (see Payment conditions). The delivery will be sent as soon as possible, normally within 10 workdays.

Should You not redeem the consignment, we will charge You with 150 SEK. When paying in advance, the product will be delivered when we have received Your payment.

In all of our prices VAT is included. Cash on delivery fee + postage will be added within Sweden. For delivery to another country we will charge You for the postage to Your country.

Big consignment will be sent as a parcel, where the cargo charge increase depending on weight and size.

Return conditions
You have 14 workdays, after the date of the post stamp, to return the ordered product. Should there be any flaw with the product, we will pay the return postage, in any other cases You will pay for the return Yourself. N.B. always contact Wigmaster before You return a product! Remember that the product must be unused and with all tags intact.

Secrecy and security
When You place an order with us, You will state Your personal data, like name, address, phone number and E-mail. In connection with Your registration and Your order You give Your consent to let us store and use Your information in our business to be able to complete our undertaking towards You. Wigmaster will not share Your personal data to a third party.

According to the Swedish law, Personuppgiftslagen, You have the right to see the information we have registered about You. If the information is wrong, incomplete or irrelevant You can demand that the information will be corrected or removed. If You want our newsletter, we will send You information and product offers to You by E-mail. You can easily cancel the newsletter by remove the tick in the square under the folder My Account or by sending us an E-mail to info@wigmaster.se. If You do not wish us to send You our offers, we reserve the right to send You an E-mail regarding You orders.
